Yeah, you’ll be ok. You may burn a little extra fuel, but your truck isn’t broken catastrophically. Do what you need to do and get it checked out when you get home.

Nothing wrong with Fram filters. Are they the best? Probably not, but they filter oil just fine. Can you find better filters? Yeah, but you don’t need to.

Not sure if it's been reported yet, but we can add Castrol Edge 5w40 to the list of approved oils. It's MS-12991 and API SP certified. The new formulation may not be on the shelves yet, but I'm going to try and find it and use it when I change my oil next month...

When I had a Hemi (2010, 2015 & 2018), I ran 5w30 and it kept the engine quiet with great wear numbers on the oil analysis.

Broken bolts are much more common on the 4th Gen Rams, but yeah, I've seen it on 5th Gen Rams, too.

You have coolant that also runs to the rear diff, so check there as well.
