You cannot DEPLOY the factory power steps while the truck is moving. That is asking for trouble!
Deploying the steps pushes them away from the truck. Retracting the steps brings them back tight to the truck.
If you have the 12" screen then you should have a soft button to deploy or retract...
If your truck is the one in your avatar picture you have a 1500 Warlock Classic which is actually still a 4th gen Ram. Some of their lift components are different. So, make sure you get a kit for a 4th gen.
To answer the OPs question. No they will not fit on a Rebel. The bumper filler panel between the headlights and bumper isn't as tall on the Rebel models as the rest of the 1500 Rams regardless of model.

Your signature says you have a Rebel. Rebel models don't have projector headlights. They have LED reflector housings. The LED projector housings are on Limited models and up to include the TRX.

Unless they came out with a new model they do not. The front trim piece under the headlight on the Rebels is shorter (not as tall) as the same part on the other Ram models. So, the front fender flare would need to be shorter in that area.

The factory boards are not made by AMP. This has been discussed to death on this forum. There have been displayed responses from AMP representatives saying they do not have the means to manufacture the factory running boards for RAM. The motors and assemblies are completely different.
