is the 2020 front diff the same as a 2021 ?

asking because my diff guy has a kit to change front gears and im trying to swap my gears he said its new and only for a 2020-2019 so wonder if i can use it on my 21

Can't imagine anything has changed in front diff. Would be interesting to see what this "kit" is since it's a non-serviceable carrier.

he said this kit is now serviceable and changes everything … it a 1500 dollar kit … i am trying to see it also, i would like 4:56 in rear and front … its comes in 4:10 or 4:56

Thats a lot for a gear change. Not sure it would be worth it to me. My 3.92 are more than enough for what I do

i have 392. i wanted in between like 427 or something but they dont have it so i said rather for 4:56 instead of just one size up with 4:10

and yea it is alot but if i can swap it and i could add a locker to front … and not have to do a full axle swap…. i may just do that or take a power wagons front axle and make that work lol

i dont have a 5.7 i have a eco diesel and. in mountains
