Man, this looks pretty cool, expensive, heavy and a issue in high winds:

Although I don't use power like most overlanders, I have never run out of juice on my Jackery 1500. While that thing is cool, what a hassle.

solar systems like that are only good if you set basecamp or if you daily your overlanding rig and keep the fridge on 24/7 (been there done that)
If you are driving daily on your trips a good DC-DC charger and around ~3kwh capacity is plenty enough.
