2022 Ram Limited Sound System Upgrade - Keeping the 12" main unit

The Factory System is the 9 speaker Alpine system
Has anyone experienced replacing the 8ea Speakers, along with a new Subwoofer w its own amp -
My intention is to add a double 12" Sub Box w 1000 watt amp for the sub -
Next would be to replace the 9 (actually 8) speakers using the factory system
I am getting so many different answers / suggestions from just plug it in to get a $325 PAC Audio Speaker Connection Harness with 8 RCA Jacks that i need only 1 of the 8 !!!
It's my own fault for not getting the HK system!

Any suggestions would be appreciated - Thank you in advance for your knowledge !

Log on to Crutchfield.com and speak to one of their advisors and they will guide ya. I have found them to be pretty knowledgeable and able to get you all the necessary wire harness adapters you might need.
