So what do we know about this "dead pedal"? Is it something that could be retrofitted to older models, or is it just a big bump in the sheet metal?
That I'm not sure but I'm thinking its a bump in the floor pan. I looked at a 2025 yesterday and another thing I noticed is the seat seems to go back farther/lower. Being 6'8" that was one complaint with my 2019 is not enough driver seat travel, I seem to have about 2 more inches of leg room in the 2025

The power running boards are better than fixed boards for short people, especially the Mopar boards because of the deploy height. The boards for the 2019-2024 models may not work on the 2025's because of the updated electrical architecture. It could be a while before the updated power running boards are available, so that might be a consideration for you.
Thanks for the advice.

I am betting it is similar the hump that Chevy puts in the Silverado on the drivers side. I kinda like that to be honest if it is I’m glad as i would have missed it.

Yes plenty of leg and headroom. I'm 6' 4" and don't put the seat all the way back, which is unusual. I also ran the seats a bit higher with plenty of headroom to spare. Needed a bit more height to see better over the "sport" hood feature which is not optimal for sight lines. Not a big issue but it seems kind of clunky to me.

Well I canceled my Tungsten order and switched over to an RHO. My order has already been confirmed!!
Is the RHO fully loaded? What was the price difference from the Tungsten?

My Tungsten build was $93.4k and my RHO was $88k before the discount from Mark Dodge. So ultimately the Tungsten would've been $80.7k and RHO is $78k BEFORE ttl.

Introducing the RHO definitely is making me reconsider. I would miss the Rambox on the limited and power running boards are a must for me. Outside of those options, the RHO has everything, even messaging seats and driver assist.

I wouldn't have switched trims if my Tungsten would've been built but it wasnt so now onto the RHO. Like you said, it has most of same features as the other higher trims. You can always add aftermarket power boards.

Does anybody know for sure when they are going to start building the RHO? I have heard they won’t even start production until late 4th quarter.

Mopar Power Running Boards can be added. Have your dealer install them. They can add the sales code so you get the button to operate them through the UConnect screen. You won't be able to do that yourself with AlfaOBD.

Wow! Didn’t think they’d be that close.

Whoa!! Easy with those rumors!
Sorry, I didn’t want to stir anything up! My wife and I had this conversation just yesterday about doing the same thing. We decided to stand with what we have starred with the limited order because we are afraid we would be without a truck to long.

It's getting frustrating to say the least. RAM introduces their EVs in 2023 , then the 25's, now shipping Laramies and lower trims and now introducing the RHO while sitting on the Limiteds and Tungstens without a word on those. Still waiting to order a Limited when I see some actual shipping and arrivals. The May production pause is also coming up. Really having second thoughts and need a new truck.

Good to know. I didn’t think they had anything for the RHO yet.

I mean, honestly, the 25 model year production shouldn't have started until June or July. I think the only reason they did a short 24 model year and early 25 release was to drum up interest in the facelift and get more buyers sooner.
