Tire Pressure

Hello guys, long time lurker and noob. I just had new tires installed. I got a set of Goodyear Wrangler UltraTerrain A/T tires.
Discount Tire put them on. I noticed the tires are inflated to 45 psi. Does that seem to high? I don't want to wear out my tires. Or should I use the psi recommendation that is on the door sticker? I do not tow anything. Thanks!

Use the door sticker for pressure unless you completely changed the size then do the "chalk test"

Agree chalk test is the best way to go.
